**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Drafting and Design**:

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and plans using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Create technical drawings and documentation based on project specifications and design concepts.
- Modify and revise drawings as required to accommodate changes or updates to project requirements.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure designs meet project objectives and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders to gather and incorporate feedback into designs.
- **Compliance and Standards**:

- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in documentation and adhere to company drafting standards.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Perform quality checks on drawings to identify and resolve errors or inconsistencies.
- Verify dimensions, materials, and technical details to ensure feasibility and accuracy.
- **Documentation and Records**:

- Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
- Provide support for construction teams by delivering updated drawings and responding to queries.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience as an architectural draftsman or similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles.
- Knowledge of local building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to interpret and understand architectural and structural drawings.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices.

**Work Environment**:

- Office-based with occasional site visits as required.
