**Job Title**: Sales Expert - Retail Jewelry Industry

**Location**: Rajkot

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**:

- Welcome customers and provide personalized assistance to meet their needs.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their preferences and offering tailored recommendations.
- Educate customers about jewelry designs, gemstones, metals, and other product details.
- **Sales Excellence**:

- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
- Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain a deep understanding of the jewelry collections, including diamonds, gold, platinum, gemstones, and other accessories.
- Stay updated on market trends and product offerings to advise customers confidently.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Ensure proper handling and display of jewelry to maintain store standards.
- Assist in stock replenishment and participate in inventory counts as needed.
- **Visual Merchandising**:

- Collaborate with the team to set up attractive displays that highlight key collections and promotions.
- Keep the store visually appealing and organized at all times.
- **Customer Service**:

- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Provide after-sales support, including product care guidance and follow-ups.
- Resolve complaints or issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the store team to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive sales strategy.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the retail jewelry industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
- Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry craftsmanship is a plus.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and handling transactions.
