**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers with orders
- Handle billing and cash/card payments
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter
- Replenish display items and check product freshness
- Support outlet operations during peak hours
- Communicate effectively with team and supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: SSLC or Plus Two
- Basic communication skills (Malayalam essential; Hindi/English a plus)
- Customer-friendly attitude
- Prior retail or food counter experience is an advantage
- Must be punctual and disciplined

**Shift Timing**:

- Flexible part-time shifts
- Preferred availability during **evenings and weekends**
