**Job Description - Data Entry Operator**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data accurately in company records, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical files.
- Assist with preparing reports and documents using MS Word and Excel.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Support the accounts, sales, and operations team with required data entry.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of **MS Word & MS Excel**.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
- **Disciplined, punctual, and responsible** in work approach.
- Must live **nearby Mundka (Rohini, Vikaspuri, Paschim Vihar, Nangloi areas preferred)**.
- Ability to work with focus and complete tasks on time.
