**Job Location**: Guided Success Academy, GMS Road, Dehradun

**Employment Type**: Full-time / Part-time

**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month + Lucrative Incentives Based on Conversions

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Counseling & Guidance**:

- Engage with prospective students and their parents to explain the features and benefits of the Digital Marketing Course.
- Address concerns and provide accurate and comprehensive information to build trust and credibility.
- **Sales & Conversions**:

- Follow up with leads from inquiries (phone calls, walk-ins, or online) to ensure enrollment targets are met.
- Generate revenue by meeting or exceeding enrollment and sales targets.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build a positive rapport with students and their families, ensuring long-term association with the academy.
- Handle both in-person and phone-based communication professionally.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain and update records of inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollments.
- Work with the team to implement marketing and sales strategies effectively.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Undergoing Graduation/ Graduate in any discipline.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in counseling, sales, or education-related roles preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and empathy.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to explain technical concepts like Digital Marketing in simple terms (training will be provided).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM tools is a plus.
