JOB Description - As a Visa Interview Trainer at Seabird International in Mohali, your responsibilities encompass guiding individuals through the visa interview process with a focus on effective communication skills in English. Your duties include:
1. Developing Tailored Training Materials: Creating customized training materials comprising mock interview scenarios, questions, and documentation tailored to various visa types and requirements.

2. Conducting Engaging Training Sessions: Leading interactive training sessions for individuals or groups, emphasizing effective communication techniques in English. Providing guidance on interview strategies and cultural nuances.

6. Staying Informed and Updated: Keeping abreast of changes in visa policies, interview protocols, and language proficiency requirements. Updating training materials and approaches accordingly to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

9. Documenting Training Activities: Maintaining accurate records of training sessions, participant feedback, and outcomes. Providing comprehensive reports and analysis to management to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
