**Qualifications & Skills Required**
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree.
- Prior experience in teaching **Aptitude & Reasoning for Bank/SSC exams** preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in **English and Tamil**.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
