Job Title: Lab Onboarding Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to onboard new customers to our laboratory services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all campaigns are aligned with the overall marketing plan and are executed on time and within budget.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
- Analyze data and create reports on campaign performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
- Plan and execute events and webinars to promote our laboratory services.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences industry.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with marketing automation software and CRM systems.
- Proven ability to analyze data and create reports on campaign performance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
