**Job Summary**:
The Construction Supervisor plays a key role in overseeing and coordinating construction projects from inception to completion. This position involves managing on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining efficient communication with various stakeholders. The Construction Supervisor is responsible for leading and motivating construction teams to achieve project goals within specified timelines and budget constraints.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- **Project Oversight**:
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
- Ensure projects are executed according to approved plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet project objectives.
- **Team Leadership**:
- Lead and motivate construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate project goals, expectations, and safety procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to resolve issues and conflicts within the team.
- **Safety Compliance**:
- Enforce and promote a culture of safety on the construction site.
- Ensure all workers adhere to safety regulations and use proper protective equipment.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective measures as needed.
- **Quality Control**:
- Monitor and inspect construction work to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Address any deviations from specifications and work with teams to implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with quality assurance personnel to maintain project quality.
- **Schedule Management**:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to align with project timelines.
- Identify potential delays and implement strategies to mitigate schedule risks.
- **Budget Management**:
- Monitor project costs and expenses to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
- Collaborate with the project manager and finance team to address financial concerns.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality.
- **Communication**:
- Maintain regular communication with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide progress updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Document and report any changes to project scope, schedule, or budget.
- **Conflict Resolution**:
- Address and resolve conflicts within the construction team promptly.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to find mutually beneficial solutions.
- Escalate issues to higher management when necessary.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and permit requirements.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction activities.
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies and inspectors as needed.
- **Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily logs, reports, and records.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to project management and other stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Understanding of safety and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹49,431.17 per month
