**Responsibilities**:
**International Outbound Calling**:Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in international markets.
Present and promote our products/services to decision-makers.

**Sales Expertise**:Utilize your sales skills to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products.
Meet and exceed sales targets.

**B2B Industry Focus**:Engage with businesses in the B2B sector to understand their needs and position our offerings accordingly.

**Rotational Shifts**:Adaptable to working in rotational shifts as per business requirements.

**Convincing Skills**:Demonstrate strong convincing and negotiation skills to convert leads into sales.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Fluency in English**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

**International Calling Experience**:Proven experience in outbound international calling processes.

**Sales Acumen**:Previous experience in sales roles, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.

**B2B Industry Knowledge**:Familiarity with the B2B industry and understanding of its dynamics.

**Rotational Shifts**:Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

**Conviction and Persuasion**:Strong convincing and persuasion skills to close deals.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
