Land Surveyor

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct land surveys for wind and solar projects (boundary, topographic, and construction staking).
- Prepare **FMB** reports and support **micrositing** for wind farms.
- Create site plans and survey drawings using **AutoCAD**.
- Collect and analyze survey data to support design and permitting processes.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure survey alignment with project goals.
- Supervise survey crews and maintain high data accuracy standards.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience in land surveying, with a focus on solar and wind energy projects.
- Proficient in **AutoCAD** and survey equipment (GPS, total stations).
- Experience with **FMB** for wind projects and **micrositing** for wind farm design.
- Strong understanding of renewable energy site development and permitting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Have Knowledge of Land laws and regulations specifically for Rajasthan.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Renewable Energy Field: 3 years (required)
- AutoCAD: 2 years (required)
- Google Earth Pro: 2 years (preferred)

- Preparing FMB for WTG Locations: 3 years (preferred)
