**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Lesson Planning and Delivery**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to address different learning styles and abilities.
- Integrate technology and multimedia resources into lessons to enhance learning.

**2.** **Student Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Assess student progress through tests, quizzes, assignments, and other evaluation methods.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their learning and development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and progress.

**3. Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and respect.
- Establish and enforce classroom rules and expectations to maintain a safe and orderly learning environment.
- Address behavioral issues promptly and effectively.

**4. Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies, educational technologies, and curriculum developments.
- Participate in professional development workshops, conferences, and other opportunities for continuous learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources.

**5. Communication and Collaboration**:

- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about student progress and any concerns.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers, support staff, and administration to enhance the educational experience.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and committees as required.

**6. Curriculum Development**:

- Contribute to the development and revision of the English language curriculum.
- Create and select materials and resources that align with curriculum objectives and enhance student learning.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- **Certification**: Valid teaching certification or license in English language instruction.
- **Experience**: Previous teaching experience preferred, particularly in an English language or ESL (English as a Second Language) setting.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, and literature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and online learning platforms.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons.
