**Job Title**: Marketing Executive - Real Estate

**Location**:Kumarapalayam, Sankari

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote our real estate services and properties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:

- Drive lead generation and promote our real estate services and properties.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market trends and opportunities.

**Create Compelling Content**:

- Coordinate with internal teams to develop effective marketing collateral.

**Manage Digital Marketing Campaigns**:

- Optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO and PPC advertising.
- Utilize marketing software and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and CRM systems.

**Analyze Marketing Metrics**:

- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Make data-driven recommendations for campaign improvement.

**Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends**:

- Remain informed of industry trends and best practices to ensure marketing efforts are innovative and effective.

**Requirements**:
**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Additional Skills (preferred)**:

- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving marketing goals.
