SEO Executive

**Job Summary**:
As an SEO Executive, you will be responsible for optimizing the online presence of our company and improving its visibility on search engines. This role involves implementing strategies to increase organic traffic, enhance website rankings, and drive conversions through effective search engine optimization techniques. The SEO Executive collaborates with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify opportunities, and implement solutions to improve the company's online performance.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases with high search volume and low competition.

2. On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and images to improve relevance and visibility for target keywords.

3. Content Development: Create and optimize engaging, SEO-friendly content including blog posts, articles, landing pages, and product descriptions to attract and engage target audiences.

4. Link Building: Develop and execute link building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites, directories, and online publications.

5. Technical SEO: Audit the website for technical issues such as crawl errors, broken links, site speed, and mobile-friendliness, and implement solutions to improve website performance and user experience.

6. Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance, identify opportunities, and stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

7. Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and backlink profile using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO software.

8. SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives, target audience demographics, and industry trends.

9. Collaboration: Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and digital marketers to integrate SEO best practices into website development, content creation, and marketing campaigns.

10. Stay Updated: Stay updated with the latest algorithm updates, industry trends, and best practices in SEO to continuously improve strategies and tactics.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. Certification in SEO or digital marketing is a plus.

2. Proven experience in SEO, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing team.

3. In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.

4. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar tools.

5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate SEO strategies and recommendations to stakeholders.

7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
