We are looking to employ an IT technical HR recruiter with the ability to develop recruitment strategies to meet the objectives of the organization.

Minimum 6 Months to Maximum 3 Years of Experience in Recruitment

Industry: Knowledge of IT Technologies / IT Recruiting

**Salary**: Negotiable (Best in the Industry)
- End To End good knowledge in the recruitment cycle
- Posting the job requirements on different portals
- Coordinating with the management on Profile feedback.
- Maintaining Database and reporting to management.
- He is responsible for designing and implementing recruitment plans for the organization.
- They should confer with management to assess, and identify staffing needs.
- Preparing job offers.
- Good communication skills.
- MBA Degree is not mandatory

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- HR: 1 year (preferred)
- IT Recruitment: 1 year (preferred)
