**KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: EXPERIENCE: 1 YEAR**

**Batching Plant Operation**
- Operate the RMC batching plant as per standard procedures
- Set and monitor mix designs as per project requirements
- Ensure correct weighing and mixing of raw materials
- **Production Monitoring**
- Monitor the production process and ensure output quality
- Adjust controls as needed to meet specifications
- Coordinate with the lab technician to ensure concrete consistency and quality
- Take corrective action if mix parameters deviate
- **Maintenance of Equipment**
- Perform routine checks on plant equipment (motors, conveyors, silos)
- Report or assist in repairs and preventive maintenance
- **Loading & Dispatch Coordination**
- Oversee loading of transit mixers
- Maintain coordination with the dispatch/logistics team for timely deliveries
- **Material Inventory & Recordkeeping**
- Keep track of material usage and report inventory levels
- Maintain records of daily production, mix designs, and downtime
- **Safety Compliance**
- Follow all plant safety protocols
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safe machine operation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
