**Responsibilities**:

- Provide specialized pediatric dental care, including preventive and therapeutic treatment for children and adolescents.
- Perform a full spectrum of general dentistry procedures for patients of all ages, including routine exams, fillings, extractions, and root canals.
- Manage clinic operations, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and efficient environment for both patients and staff.
- Oversee patient scheduling, inventory management, and daily administration to maintain optimal clinic performance.
- Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and preventive dental care tailored for children and young patients.
- Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure quality care and a positive patient experience.
- Adhere to clinic policies and industry standards for patient safety, confidentiality, and clinical documentation.

**Requirements**:

- MDS degree from an accredited dental school, with certification in Pediatric Dentistry.
- Licensed to practice dentistry in INDIA.
- Proven experience in pediatric dentistry and comfort with general dentistry procedures.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to manage a clinic and lead a team.
- FULL-TIME WORKING ESPECIALLY ON SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS( The leaves can be adjusted on another weekdays)
