- We are looking for professionals with Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing /Accounting/ERP experience to process Vendor Invoices accurately and respond to queries to ensure timely payment of these Invoices._
- Responsibilities_
- _Invoice Processing_
- _Intercompany Reconciliation_
- _Debit Balance follow up and working_
- _Aged items clearance and follow up with approvers_
- _Clearing Open Item_
- _SOX knowledge_
- _Maintain trackers for activities_
- _Good understanding of rejections of payment/invoices_
- _Exception Handling of invoices_
- _Manage relationship with Client and query resolution._
- _Generate electronic and check payment files._
- _Month end closing._
- _Ensuring all controls are effective in process_
- _Daily run of Duplicate audit tool_
- _Achieve & Exceed SLAs_
- _Good accounting conceptual knowledge and understanding of Accounts Payable /Payment/ Banking._
- _Good Communication - Both Written and Vocal_
- _Ability to meet deadlines & work effectively with high quality levels_
- _Well versed with MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Visio & MS Word._
- _Works with mínimal supervision, demonstrates strong organizational skills and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment_
- _Customer oriented and problem solving skills_
- _Strong team player, works well in a collaborative environment_
- _BPO experience_
- _Exposure to accounting in SAP_
- Qualifications_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)_
- _Meaningful work experience_
- _Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Experience in India related Stat requirements_
- _Ability to process using SAP ERP_
