Role Overview:
The Program Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing management training programs, workshops, seminars, and events hosted by the Madras Management Association. The role involves managing logístical and administrative tasks, liaising with speakers, participants, and vendors, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all program-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate various training programs, workshops, seminars, and events end-to-end.
- Manage event logistics including venue arrangements, participant registrations, and resource allocation.
- Liaise with speakers, trainers, participants, and stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met.
- Handle communication and correspondence related to program activities.
- Maintain program schedules, track deadlines and milestones, and prepare progress reports.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as updating databases, generating attendance records, and managing event documentation.
- Support marketing and promotional efforts for upcoming programs in collaboration with the communications team.
- Assist in budgeting and expense tracking for programs and events.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and quality standards.
- Provide on-site support and coordination during events to facilitate seamless execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance program delivery and participant experience.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in event coordination, program management, or administrative roles, preferably in a management association or training environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital communication tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with online event platforms and webinar management.
- Knowledge of corporate training and professional development programs.
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing for event promotion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,848.49 - ₹18,000.00 per month
