**Job Title: Pre-Primary Teacher (Any Degree with NTT/MTT Certification)**

**Location**: Bilekahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka

**Salary**: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000

**Experience**: Minimum 1+ years of experience

**Joining Date**: Next Academic Year

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities in accordance with the curriculum.
- Foster the intellectual, social, and emotional development of pre-primary students.
- Create a warm and inviting classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
- Use a variety of teaching techniques and resources to support individual learning needs.
- Monitor and document the progress and development of each child.
- Maintain open communication with parents, providing updates on their child’s progress and development.
- Organize and participate in school events, field trips, and extracurricular activities as needed.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times.
- Stay updated on the latest teaching techniques and methodologies for early childhood education.

**Requirements**:

- Any degree with certification in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) or Montessori Teacher Training (MTT).
- Minimum 1+ years of teaching experience in a pre-primary setting.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a love for working with young children.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging classroom environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
