**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹40,000 CTC per month

Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech - Mechanical

Key Skills Required:

- In-depth knowledge of cold forging and nut forming processes
- Strong ability to read product drawings, SOPs, and Work Instructions (WIs)
- Skilled in problem-solving tools, BAD handling, plan changes
- Capable of working efficiently under pressure

Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure proper functioning of machines as per daily plan
- Achieve production targets as per planning from senior supervisor
- Prepare and maintain Daily Production Report (DPR) and Breakdown Report
- Monitor and update daily rejection and hold material data on the shop floor
- Verify daily lot records from annealing, polishing, plating, etc.
- Responsible for forum change, border updation, information sheet preparation, and machine-wise BOT verification
- Report any process/machine changes to the Senior Supervisor immediately
- Ensure all machines follow SOP/WI strictly as per production plan
