**Role Overview**:
As our Digital Marketing and Administrative Associate, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital presence and supporting the smooth operation of our startup. You will collaborate with the founder to drive effective digital marketing campaigns while assisting in various administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives and suggest optimizations.
- Assist in creating engaging content for various platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Support event planning and coordination, both online and offline.
- Collaborate with team members to contribute to overall startup growth and success.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, including social media management and online advertising.
- Photo and video editing skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage administrative duties effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of initiative, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.
