Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and talented **Graphic Designer** to join our design team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and designs that communicate our brand message and engage our audience. Whether you're designing for print, web, social media, or other digital platforms, your work will help elevate the visual identity of the company and contribute to our overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Brand Development**: Help develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines across all visual assets to ensure a unified and cohesive brand identity.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand design requirements and develop visuals that align with project goals and target audiences.
- **Graphic Production**: Produce high-quality print materials, digital ads, brochures, banners, logos, icons, infographics, and other design assets.
- **User Interface Design**: Assist in the creation of website and app interfaces, ensuring an aesthetically pleasing and intuitive user experience (UI/UX design).
- **Social Media Content**: Design social media graphics, posts, ads, and banners that resonate with our target audience and adhere to platform-specific requirements.
- **Design Iteration**: Present design concepts to stakeholders, iterate based on feedback, and refine designs to meet project needs and expectations.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with design trends, industry innovations, and new software tools to continuously improve the quality of your work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- **Proven experience** as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other design tools (Sketch).
- Experience with **UI/UX design** principles and web design tools.
- Excellent understanding of **typography**, **color theory**, and **layout design**.
- Familiarity with **responsive design** concepts for web and mobile platforms.
- Knowledge of **print design**, including preparing files for print and working with print vendors.
- Ability to create compelling visual content that aligns with marketing strategies and brand voice.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to take feedback constructively and make revisions in a timely manner.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of **HTML/CSS** for designing web layouts and understanding web development constraints.
- Knowledge of **3D design** or **illustration** tools (e.g., Blender, Procreate).
- Familiarity with **brand strategy** and the ability to translate business goals into creative solutions.
- Experience with **print production processes** and working with printers.
- Basic knowledge of **SEO** for designing graphics that are optimized for search engines.

Education & Experience:

- A degree in **Graphic Design**, **Visual Arts**, **Digital Media**, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of professional design experience, including work in digital and print design.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
