Export Merchandiser

Location: Churchgate, Mumbai.

Industry : Textile.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Order Management**: Receive and process export orders, ensuring all requirements are met.
- **Production Planning**: Develop and implement production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
- **Sourcing and Purchasing**: Source raw materials, trims, and accessories, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- **Sample Development**: Oversee sample development and obtain buyer approvals.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor production quality and address any issues to maintain standards.
- **Communication and Coordination**: Maintain clear communication with buyers, factories, and other stakeholders.
- **Documentation**: Prepare necessary documentation for shipping and export.
- **Costing and Pricing**: Develop and negotiate pricing for export orders.
- **Logistics and Shipping**: Manage logistics and ensure timely shipment of goods.
- **Problem-solving**: Identify and address any issues that arise during the production process.

- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills**: Essential for interacting with buyers, factories, and other stakeholders.
- **Negotiation skills**: Necessary for negotiating pricing and terms with buyers.
- **Problem-solving and analytical skills**: Required for identifying and resolving issues in production.
- **Organization and time management skills**: Essential for managing multiple orders and deadlines.
- **Knowledge of têxtile production processes**: Understanding of the entire production cycle is crucial.
- **Understanding of export regulations and procedures**: Knowledge of import and export laws and procedures is essential.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
