Realatte Ventures is looking for a **Social Media Marketing Intern** to join our marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about social media marketing, have creative flair, and possess strong communication skills. As an intern, you'll support the creation and execution of social media strategies across platforms to boost engagement and brand presence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation**: Assist in designing and writing social media posts, blogs, and captions that align with the brand voice.
- **Platform Management**: Help manage and update company social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- **Campaign Support**: Support the execution of social media campaigns and assist in tracking performance.
- **Engagement**: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with the audience.
- **Analytics**: Track social media metrics and assist in preparing performance reports.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated with social media trends and suggest creative ideas for content that engages the target audience.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- **Good Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- **Creativity**: Ability to think creatively and contribute fresh content ideas.
- **Education**: Recent graduate from a reputable college with a background in marketing, communications, or related fields.
- **Social Media Proficiency**: Knowledge of major social media platforms and marketing best practices.
- **Proactive Attitude**: Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work independently.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
