**Job Title: Social Media Content Creator & Designer**
**Location**: Skin Envy Clinic
**Reports to**: Marketing Manager

**Job Overview**:
Skin Envy Clinic is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator & Designer to enhance our online presence. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing engaging content that highlights our services, promotions, and brand. You will design visually appealing static and carousel posts, as well as manage smaller design tasks to support marketing efforts across our social media channels. Your contributions will help strengthen the clinic’s digital presence, foster customer engagement, and promote our high-end skincare services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Optimization**:

- Develop fresh, engaging content for Skin Envy Clinic’s social media platforms, focusing on skincare services, client testimonials, before-and-after transformations, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Optimize content for each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring high engagement, visibility, and brand consistency.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty and skincare trends to create relevant and engaging content that resonates with our audience.
- Analyze social media performance metrics to continually refine and improve content strategies.
- **Designing Static and Carousel Posts**:

- Design eye-catching, branded static and carousel posts that align with the clinic’s aesthetic and values.
- Use before-and-after visuals, skincare tips, service highlights, and client testimonials in creative ways that are consistent with Skin Envy’s visual identity.
- Ensure all designs are on-brand and communicate the clinic’s focus on high-quality, professional skincare services.
- **Managing Smaller Design Tasks and Projects**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute design concepts that promote Skin Envy’s services and values.
- Maintain organization and efficiency in completing multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media content creation, particularly for Instagram, Facebook, and other visual-centric platforms.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.
- A strong eye for design, with an understanding of how to create visually compelling content that resonates with a beauty and wellness audience.
- Familiarity with social media trends, engagement techniques, and basic analytics.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects, while also being a collaborative team member.
- Strong communication and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with video content creation or motion graphics.
- Experience with social media scheduling and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for social media and web content optimization.
