**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Credit Card Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our credit card products to potential customers. Your goal will be to build relationships, educate clients on our offerings, and drive sales to meet and exceed targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively engage with potential customers to present and promote credit card products.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize satisfaction and sales.
- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and close sales.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our credit card products, features, and benefits.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services or credit cards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
- High school diploma; a degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:
