**Purpose of the Role**:
Channel Development. Sales Bookings, Relationship Management, Channel Servicing, Client Servicing

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales for residential Plotted and Villa, Mix Use projects in the Sonipat, Kundli, Panipat, Gurgaon Belt
- Develop and maintain relationships with CPs, clients, ensuring a high level of engagement with Channel Partner
- Generating Leads & Sales through various Channel Partners
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Actively prospect for new leads and clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Schedule and conduct site visits to showcase project to potential buyers
- Negotiate pricing sheets, and handle all aspects of the sales process, from initial contact to closing
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the local real estate market, including current trends, pricing, and competition
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales process, ensuring their satisfaction and building long-term relationships
- Collaborate with other team members to support the overall success of the company
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and transactions
- Sound technical knowledge, sincere, hardworking and analytical.
- Should be proficient in use of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be good in written and spoken English and Local Dialect (Hindi).

**Salary Bracket**:

- 16 Lacs CTC + Incentive.

**Education Qualification**:
MBA/PGDM or equivalent.

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
