**Remote Supplier Discovery & Onboarding Intern (India)**

About Us:
Trustbridge Design and Manufacturing, part of Vulcury LLC, operates a global supplier network and concierge manufacturing matchmaker platform. We specialize in helping clients—from early-stage startups to established enterprises—identify the best-fit manufacturing partners across a range of processes, including CNC machining, 3D printing, urethane and metal casting, injection molding, and sheet metal fabrication. This internship offers hands-on exposure to vendor qualification, engineering communication, and global sourcing strategies.

Position Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify manufacturing companies globally that align with our target capabilities and standards
- Conduct structured interviews to evaluate supplier fit across key categories including technology, material capabilities, certifications, and past work quality
- Assist in curating supplier portfolios by reviewing sample parts, case studies, and shop capabilities
- Help guide approved suppliers through the onboarding workflow, ensuring high-quality data entry and completeness
- Support Trustbridge’s quality assurance efforts by flagging red flags or inconsistencies in supplier claims
- Collaborate with our engineering team to optimize matchmaking between client projects and supplier capabilities

Qualifications:

- Experience working in or closely with manufacturing operations (e.g., CNC machining, casting, molding, sheet metal, or 3D printing)
- Familiarity with design-for-manufacturing concepts and common production methods
- Strong communication skills for conducting supplier interviews in English
- Detail-oriented with good judgment around manufacturing quality, vendor transparency, and process risks
- Comfortable working with structured checklists, technical documentation, and internal databases
- Engineering or manufacturing-related coursework or degree preferred

**Requirements**:

- Must have a computer and reliable internet access for remote work
- Must be available during a late-day India shift to allow overlap with US working hours
- Comfortable engaging with new vendors, asking technical questions, and making professional assessments

Internship Structure:

- **12 Weeks**: Paid internship with regular performance check-ins
- **Post-Internship**: Opportunity for a full-time or contractor role based on performance

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
