Process and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for the sales team and management.

Support marketing activities by coordinating promotional events, trade shows, and other sales activities.

Handle invoicing, payment follow-ups, and other administrative duties related to sales.

Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, product information, and other inquiries.

Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively, escalating to higher management when necessary.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.

Coordinate sales meetings, customer visits, and product demonstrations.

Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and related documentation in the CRM system.

Coordinate with production, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure the availability and timely shipment of products.

Monitor and update order status to customers and internal stakeholders.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and customer needs.

Provide insights and feedback to the sales team to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Sales: 5 years (preferred)
