**Specific Duties**

**Function Accounting Tasks**

**Revenue Booking **Tracking semester (incl exams dates) progression with Institute Principals

**Revenue Booking **Obtaining necessary mail / physical authorization for promotion & revenue booking

**Revenue Booking **Reconcile the data and revenue booking with ERP data and ERP student promotion

**Revenue Booking **Intimating Institute principal and concerned management on closure of revenue booking

**Revenue Booking **Resolving student count audit query with respective principals and making necessary changesin tally and ERP

**Revenue Booking **Reporting of periodic revenue reports and related MIS

**Hostel Revenue &**

**Collection **Escalating non-responsive and sticky cases to institute principals for necessary actions

**Hostel Revenue &**

**Collection **Reporting of periodic revenue and collection reports and related MIS

**Other Revenue**

**Entries **Reporting of periodic revenue and collection reports and related MIS

**Fees Collection &**

**Accounting **Monitoring day to day collection along with proper reporting

**Fees Collection &**

**Accounting **Escalating non-responsive and sticky cases to institute principals for necessary actions

**Fees Collection &**

**Accounting **Tackling day to day student queries with respect to online payment and fee reconciliations

**Fees Collection &**

**Accounting **Follow up and issuing legal notice in case of bounced cheques

**Fees Collection &**

**Accounting **Reporting of periodic collection reports and related MIS

**Samaj Kalyan **Ensuring proper categorization of student in ERP especially with respect to FSC category

**Samaj Kalyan **Also need to audit and cross check students with previous year data and digital Gujarat data

**Samaj Kalyan **Monitoring Digital Gujarat portal for opening of portal and regular updates

**Samaj Kalyan **Submitting completed forms to respective samaj kalyan departments

**ERP Management **Reviewing student records in ERP especially admission category

**ERP Management **Updating fee masters

**ERP Management **Changing admission category on request and after cross checks

**General Duty **Tasks assinged by reporting authority or management

Responsible for task specific to their reportee

Audit support and providing information required

**Reporting to: - **HOD FA

**Reportee **Caller cum Accountant x 2

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
