**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**:

- Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify target audiences and craft strategies to engage them effectively.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Develop, curate, and schedule engaging and shareable content (text, images, videos, etc.).
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and videographers to produce high-quality materials.
- Manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
- Build relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions).
- Prepare monthly performance reports and adjust strategies based on insights.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Run paid social media ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Optimize ad performance to achieve maximum ROI.
- **Trend Analysis**:

- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Experiment with innovative content formats and strategies.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to align messaging and goals.
- Liaise with external agencies or partners as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (2-5 years preferred).
- Experience managing multiple platforms and running successful campaigns.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data reporting tools.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop original content ideas.
- **Technical Knowledge**:

- Familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced digital environment.
