Site Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Site Management**: Oversee and manage construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed on time.
- **Team Supervision**: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction workers, subcontractors, and other site staff.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all work is performed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with project specifications.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all site personnel.
- **Progress Monitoring**: Track project progress and prepare daily reports, highlighting any issues or delays.
- **Resource Management**: Manage the allocation and usage of materials, tools, and equipment to avoid wastage and ensure efficient operations.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in civil engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
