**Job Title: Centre Co-ordinator**
**Experience : 3-7 years**

We are currently seeking an Operations Head to join our team in Delhi. As the Operations Head, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our multiple centers across Delhi. You will be the key point of contact between our centers, students, trainers, and management team. You will be required to travel within Delhi, from one center to another, to oversee the smooth functioning of operations.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage the day-to-day operations of Lakme Academy centers in Delhi
Ensure that all centers are functioning efficiently and meeting performance metrics
Maintain regular communication with the trainers and students to ensure a smooth learning experience
Ensure that all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and in working order
Provide regular feedback to the management team on center performance and suggest improvements where necessary
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency across all centers
Manage the recruitment and training of center staff as required
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies
Represent Lakme Academy at industry events and networking opportunities
