Equipment Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in operating and maintaining the latest equipment and tools used in advanced joining processes. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and training activities. Qualifications: 5-7 years experience for degree with 2-3 years training experience and 8-10 years experience for diploma with 2-3 years training experience or equivalent in a related field, such as Materials Science, Welding Technology, or Metallurgy. Proven experience in advanced joining techniques, with a minimum of [X] years in a related role. Certification in advanced welding, brazing, soldering, or equivalent is highly desirable. Strong understanding of safety regulations and protocols in advanced joining processes. Exceptional communication and instructional skills.
