Roles and Responsibilities:

- Attend to guests courteously and deal promptly with their requests and queries.
- Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
- Responsible to provide project knowledge to the clients.
- Responsible to update about the generated leads with Manager.
- Responsible to permanent follow up with new clients & Existing clients for site visits and referral.
- Quality of interaction with the Associate brokers /Clients to be maintained at the highest level
- Presenting the projects to clients.
- Helping the clients for documentation.
- Performing Market analysis to identify client's needs. - Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment.
- Collect Guest feedback during guest departure and visit
- Perform basic various activities as and when required. - Adhere to strict staff grooming and hygiene standards.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong command over English bothy spoken and written.
- At least 3 to 5 years of real estate experience handling residential and commercial projects in Delhi will be given preference.
- Professional in demeanour and presentation.
- Excellent Networking skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
