**Job Title: Graphic & Web Designer (USA Shift)**
**Location: Mohali (Onsite), Night Shift 6:30pm to 3:30am**
**Experience: 2-3 years**

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a talented Graphic & Web Designer who is comfortable working in a USA shift (Monday to Friday), with onsite timings in Mohali from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM. If you're passionate about creative design, have experience in Figma, HTML, CSS, and WordPress, and excel in client communication, we'd love to have you join our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Graphic Design: Create visually appealing and user-friendly designs, ensuring brand consistency and creativity across projects.
- Web Design: Convert Figma designs into fully functional HTML and WordPress websites.
- Figma to HTML/CSS: Accurately translate Figma mockups into clean, responsive HTML and CSS code.
- Client Interaction: Take client calls and manage international client communications effectively.
- Client Conversion: Actively engage with leads from Upwork and convert them into long-term clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the design is aligned with client goals and technical requirements.

**Requirements**:
Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in graphic and web design, specifically in Figma, HTML, CSS, and WordPress.
- Figma Expertise: Proficiency in Figma to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress for website conversion.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with international clients and team members.
- Client-Facing Experience: Comfortable with client calls and meetings, especially with international clients.
- Sales Ability: Experience in converting leads into clients, particularly on platforms like Upwork.

**How to Apply**:

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
