**Description**
- Conduct thorough medical evaluations, including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests, to assess patients' health status.
- Diagnose medical conditions, interpret diagnostic results, and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patients' needs and preferences.
- Prescribe medications, therapies, and medical interventions as appropriate, considering factors such as efficacy, safety, and patient compliance.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide ongoing medical management to optimize health outcomes.
- Perform medical procedures and interventions within your scope of practice, such as wound care, suturing, injections, and minor surgical procedures.
- Administer vaccinations, immunizations, and preventive screenings to promote disease prevention and public health.
- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, preventive measures, and lifestyle modifications to promote health and well-being.
- Provide guidance on medication adherence, diet, exercise, stress management, and other aspects of disease management and health promotion.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, nurses, therapists, and allied health staff, to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care.
