**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and project goals.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design solutions.
- Develop user personas and journey maps to inform design decisions.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate design ideas effectively.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus, but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
