Oversee the sterilization, decontamination, packaging, and distribution of surgical instruments and medical equipment.
- Supervise CSSD staff, assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure proper training.
- Ensure compliance with infection control standards, hospital protocols, and accreditation requirements (e.g., NABH, JCI).
- Maintain proper documentation of sterilization cycles, equipment logs, and inventory records.
- Coordinate with Operation Theatres (OT), ICUs, and other clinical departments to ensure timely supply of sterile instruments.
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of CSSD equipment like autoclaves, ETO sterilizers, washers, and dryers.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure quality assurance and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain stock of consumables and ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all CSSD activities.
- Train and update CSSD staff on new techniques, safety protocols, and quality standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
