As an Online Bidder in our Business development team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Is responsible for Business Development and Lead generation, market Research, up selling and cold calling.
- Is responsible to Identify prospects through social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
- Is responsible for effective contribution to revenue generation via portals like Upwork, Guru, PPH, Freelancer, etc.
- Is responsible for cold calling to explore new business opportunities and Interact with clients.
- Is Responsible for Primary/Secondary market research.
- Is Responsible for providing high quality services to customers and prospects by assessing customer requirements, ensuring prompt response in providing service information and pricing.
- Is responsible for building and maintaining an accurate customer database by profiling and capturing relevant customer and service information.
- Is responsible for Explaining or giving demo to the clients about our services.

**Requirements and skills-**

**Freshers -**
- **Must have excellent communication skills.**:

- Must have excellent English written skills.
- Must be Team player with an enthusiastic personality
- Must have ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have basic knowledge of Digital marketing services.

**Experienced-**
- Must have done Bidding on various portals like UP-WORK/ PPH/ GURU/ bringing up the projects for the company.
- Must have Technical Knowledge about the current trends in Digital Marketing services.
- Must Generate new Business for a wide range of Digital Services.
- Must have experience in online bidding, Calling, proposal writing, client interaction, Negotiation, Followups, and also coordinate with the technical team.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali - 160062, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
