Biogas Plant Operator

**Core Responsibilities**:

- **Overseeing the Anaerobic Digestion Process**: This includes monitoring the digester to ensure optimal conditions for the bacteria that break down the organic waste. The operator needs to track parameters like temperature, pH levels, and gas production rates. They also need to manage the feedstock input to the digester, ensuring the right quantity and mix of materials are added.
- **Managing Feedstock Input**: The operator is responsible for the receiving, handling, and processing of the raw materials (animal dung and other biodegradable waste). This includes tasks like weighing, mixing, and preparing the feedstock for the digester.
- **Ensuring Optimal Gas Production**: The operator needs to monitor the biogas production and identify any factors that might be affecting it. They need to troubleshoot any issues that arise and take corrective actions to maintain or improve gas production.
- **Operating and Monitoring Equipment**: The operator is responsible for the hands-on operation of various plant equipment, including pumps, mixers, and the gas collection system. They need to monitor the equipment's performance, identify any malfunctions, and perform basic maintenance tasks.
- **Maintaining Records and Generating Reports**: The operator needs to keep detailed records of plant operations, including feedstock input, gas production, equipment performance, and maintenance activities. They also need to generate regular reports on the plant's performance for management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
