**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Client Acquisition**:
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and other lead-generation methods.
- Reach out to businesses, present our services, and secure new accounts.
- **Sales Strategy & Planning**:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions from our service portfolio.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve concerns promptly.
- **Collaboration with Teams**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution for clients.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in CRM tools.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
**Key Skills and Competencies**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and IT solutions is a plus.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing or IT services.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
