**Job Description - Digital Marketer**

**1. Job Summary**

The Digital Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies to enhance the company’s digital presence, generate leads, increase brand awareness, and support overall business growth. The role requires expertise in social media management, SEO, SEM, content marketing, website handling, and analytics.

**2. Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Strategy**
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
- Plan monthly and quarterly digital marketing calendars.

**Social Media Management**
- Manage company pages on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Create and schedule engaging content, creatives, and ads.
- Monitor social media insights and respond to customer interactions.

**Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content.
- Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.
- Track rankings and website performance.

**Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Paid Ads**
- Create and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and sponsored campaigns.
- Optimise campaigns for maximum ROI.

**Content Creation**
- Coordinate with designers for creative graphics and videos.

**Website Management**
- Update website banners, product pages, and news sections.
- Work with developers for website improvements.
- Manage subscriber lists and campaign performance.

**Analytics & Reporting**
- Track performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports and suggest improvements.

**3. Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred).

**4. Experience**
- 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Fresher with strong digital marketing skills and certification may also apply.

**5. Key Skills**
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Social media handling and content planning.
- Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva/Corel/Photoshop preferred).
- Knowledge of website management (WordPress or similar CMS).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

**7. Salary Range**
- As per company norms / [Specify Salary Range].

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
