**Hiring for a leading Pharma Company**:
**Job Position: Sr. Graphics Designer**

**Job location: Mumbai (Borivali West)**

**Work Days: 6 days**

**Work Timings: 9.30 am to 6 pm**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design Leadership: Lead and execute the design of compelling, visually engaging materials, including digital, print, and multimedia content.
- Brand Development: Work closely with the marketing and branding teams to maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity across all platforms.
- Creative Strategy: Develop creative concepts in line with marketing strategies, ensuring designs reflect brand positioning, target audience, and project goals.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously from conception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a creative, positive work environment.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams and external vendors, including photographers, illustrators, printers, and other partners, to ensure high-quality production.
- Design Systems: Help establish and maintain a comprehensive design system and guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead design role.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Sketch, Figma, and other design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects in both print and digital media.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and web design (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in UX/UI design.
- Knowledge of 3D software or illustration is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of marketing, advertising, and social media trends.
- Familiarity with print production processes and best practices.
- Ability to adapt to various design styles and audiences.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
