Market Inventory Targets setup
- Leads sign-off process between Market OCS and SP
- Improve & deliver base forecast to Market OCS
- Ensures final forecast submission by Market OCS
- Analyze demand. NPI. NPLs and capture key deviations/risks
- Demand inputs to SP
- Sales trends. forecast deviation and specifics (relevant highlights)
- NPL. NPI plans
- SBU. shipment targets agreement
- Supply guidance to Market OCS
- Consolidated supply plan (full horizon 18 months): all product categories. ex-all sources for market
- Risk & opportunities
- Proper inventory deployment on market via cooperation with FF
- Validate STP changes impacting market

**Primary Skills**:

- Hands on experience in SAP APO planning books (preferred)
- Hands on experience of working with an ERP tool (preferably SAP ECC)
- Good understanding of reporting tools like SAP BI (nice to have)
- Good understanding of collaboration tools like SAP SNC (nice to have)
- Working knowledge of Tableau Platform
- Demonstrated decision making and problem solving skills

**Secondary Skills**:

- Industry knowledge of Manufacturing and FMCG
- Ability to lead and motivate teams working in a diverse multi-cultural environment
- Highly effective stakeholder management skills
