JOB ROLE: Graphics Designer

**DETAILS**:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer to join our team. As a Graphics

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and design visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media platforms, advertisements, brochures, flyers, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines in order to create compelling designs that effectively convey the desired message.
- Create and manipulate digital images, illustrations, logos, and icons using industry
- standard software tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) to enhance visual impact and optimize designs for different platforms.
- Ensure consistency in design elements, color schemes, typography, and overall brand identity across various marketing channels.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and industry best practices to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of design deliverables.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development teams, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of design projects.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks and proofread designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Proven work experience as a Graphics Designer or a similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of creative design projects.
- Proficient in using industry-standard graphic design software, including Adobe

Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality designs within specified deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross
- functional teams and understand project requirements.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of web design principles, UI/UX concepts, and responsive design is a plus.
- Familiarity with video editing tools and motion graphics software is an advantage.
- A passion for creativity, innovation, and staying abreast of industry trends.
