We are seeking a friendly and accurate Cashier to join our retail team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing transactions, handling customer payments, and maintaining a high level of customer service. Your goal will be to provide a positive and efficient checkout experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Transaction Processing:

- Operate cash register and process customer transactions accurately
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments

2. Customer Service:

- Greet customers and provide a positive checkout experience
- Answer customer questions and resolve issues

3. Cash Handling:

- Manage cash drawer and maintain accuracy
- Count change and balance cash drawer at start and end of shift

4. Store Maintenance:

- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Restock supplies and report any issues to management

5. Team Collaboration:

- Work with sales team to ensure seamless customer experience
- Communicate with colleagues to resolve customer issues

**Requirements**:

- 0-1 year of retail experience (previous cashier experience a plus)
- Basic math skills and accuracy with numbers
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of retail operations and procedures
- Certification in customer service or retail operations
