We are in search of a creative and skilled Social Media Executive to join our team and lead our marketing efforts. The Social Media Manager will be at the forefront of our online presence, responsible for crafting engaging social media content, creating eye-catching visuals and videos, and promoting our brand effectively. If you have a passion for marketing, a flair for social media, and are proficient in tools like Canva, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Social Media Strategy**: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.

2. **Content Creation**: Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and posts.

3. **Posting and Scheduling**: Manage the social media calendar, schedule posts, and ensure timely and consistent sharing of content.

4. **Audience Engagement**: Interact with followers, respond to comments, and foster a sense of community.

5. **Analytics and Reporting**: Analyze social media performance, gather insights, and create reports to guide improvements.

6. **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into content and strategy.

7. **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media channels.

8. **Functional Testing of Leasing Platform**: Conduct functional testing of our leasing platform to understand its functionality, ensuring accurate representation in marketing efforts.

9. **Platform Understanding**: Develop a deep understanding of our leasing platform to effectively market its features and benefits.

10. **Reporting and Correspondence**: Produce reports, compose correspondence, and assist in marketing team coordination.

11. **Presentation Development**: Create presentations and management-level reports to support decision-making processes.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. 0 to 2 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.

3. Proficiency in marketing principles and social media platforms.

4. Strong skills in content creation, including graphics and video editing.

5. Experience with design tools such as Canva and video editing software.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

7. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and use social media metrics to improve performance.

8. Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.

**Additional Information**:
**Probation period**:3 months

**Office Timings**:10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

In this role, you will spend time in an office setting attending meetings. The position requires a high degree of adaptability and flexibility as project demands and priorities can change rapidly.
