QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility / Hotel Management with 1- 3 year of experience in relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Advance level Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tamil
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse workforce.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Detail-oriented and capable to prioritize various assignments.
